Charming airy cottage off Beach Avenue on a quiet dead-end street in Kennebunk Beach, yet is only a 5 min. walk to dock square in the center of Kennebunkport. Location 9 Wallace Street. Lots of windows to enjoy the breeze, high bedroom ceilings and a comfortable layout (living room/kitchen/eating area is one open room). Kennebunk Beach parking permits included. Outdoor shower, picket fence around backyard, Weber gas grill and private patio. Washer/dryer plus two full bathrooms (one with a tub). Perfect for the family looking for a peaceful location off Beach Avenue that is an easy walk to town (1/3 mile to Dock Square in Kennebunkport), riverfront walking trails (1/8 mile) and the beach (3/4 mile to Gooch's beach). New kitchen: dishwasher, stove, counters, cabinets, sink and floors. Wi-Fi and cable.

Everything about this house was comfortable. The size, the location, the beds and bedding. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking meals.
It was IDEAL.

The cottage was clean and cute. Awesome
Location close to town and beach. Very cute neighborhood and quiet street. Rob was awesome for checkin and made it so stress free.
For the price I think a couple things could improve: clean washing machine (it was too mildrew/moldy for us to use), replace pillows whoch were very thin/old and fix outdoor shower.
Other than those minor things we loved our stay and the sweet cottage!
