About this house rental
Located on the scenic Pier Road in Kennebunkport, this property screams MAINE! With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bath it comfortably sleeps 8 people. Walk to all of the local lobster shacks and get fresh lobster off the boat, cape porpoise kitchen, Ultramar Restaurant, the kayak launch point, and the Cape Porpoise Pier! The outside has ample entertaining space with a large deck overlooking the spacious yard. The deck has a dining set and a BBQ grill. Inside has an oversized living room with double doors to the deck, kitchen, formal dining room, and a balcony in the primary suite overlooking the harbor. Linens included, Air Conditioning, Wifi, and so much more. Please note AC is through wall units installed in June. Bring your pup on your Maine vacation! This home has a 1 pet maximum, please note there is a $150 pet fee.

Bedroom #1: King bed with en-suite bath featuring a soaking tub and tiled shower. Balcony overlooking the harbor.

Walk 1-2 min to the Cape Porpoise causeway to launch a kayak. Walk 5 minutes to Ultramar Restaurant and enjoy world renowned chef, German Lucarelli's seafood with authentic wood-fired cooking. Walk 10 minutes to Cape Porpoise Kitchen, Nunan's Lobster Hut, Farm and Table, Musette Restaurant and many more shops, art galleries, and restaurants.
All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials!
