Historic 1735 house and property with an acre of spacious yard overlooking the ocean. Dock with swimming in the protected cove of Cape Porpoise. Two kayaks provided to visit lighthouse and picnic on surrounding islands. Stroll past the picturesque lobster boats to the town pier with restaurants serving locally caught lobster & drinks. Walk to your morning coffee and pastries, local grocery store, famous Nunan’s restaurant. Shop Kennebunkport 2 miles away, 9 minute drive to Goose Rocks Beach.

This house is a gem! Absolutely lovely home and location. There are thoughtful touches everywhere in the house. This host has truly thought of everything! The house was immaculate, tastefully decorated and the kitchen well appointed with quality kitchenware. The beds are comfortable. The patio, deck area and yard with fire pit are all perfect for hanging out in with family by the water. The views and sunsets are spectacular. The photos do not do this home justice. It is so much more impressive in person. Looking forward to the next stay!

We loved this house with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, it was ideal for the 10 of us. We were there for a family vacation. Because the house is right on the bay, we rented kyacks and stand up paddle boards. Our family could go out any time they wanted to enjoy the water sports. The kitchen was well stocked which we liked since we cooked many of the nights. Often when you rent a VRBO place, the pans are awful and you don't want to use them, but the pans in this house were great. We loved the TV room where everyone could watch movies at night. We appreciated that all of the bedrooms have their own mini-split for the air-conditioning so everyone could make it the temperature they wanted to be comfortable. We highly recommend this house and would definately stay there again.
