This property was immaculate and perfect for a large group. We had 10 people, ages ranging from 8 to grandparents. Beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of plates, utensils, etc., and the family/gathering rooms could easily hold a crowd comfortably. We walked downtown each day and enjoyed our Prelude immensely. Loved everything about our stay!

This house was stocked with everything you could ask for and the space was unbelievable. It’s gorgeous home and perfectly located in between the town square and the beach. When returning to Kennebunk, we would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood, beautiful location! Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach, it was perfect for our extended family weekend.
