~0.10 mile to Ocean Avenue~
Since 1879, Haverhill Hideaway has been perched atop a hill overlooking historic St. Ann's By The Sea Episcopal Church. Beyond that is the ocean, which can be seen from any of our 1,700+ SqFt of decks. This three-story Queen Anne-style gem has six bedrooms, four baths, a game/cocktail room, beautiful gardens, and a large yard with a Solo fire pit and various lawn games.

The house is fun, quirky, charming, well-appointed, comfortable, and designed for good times, peace, and relaxation.
Right at the end of Haverhill is Ocean Avenue and Hazel's Cove, a beautiful, rocky swimming hole and the perfect, quiet spot to center yourself. Colony Beach is under a 10-minute walk. Dock Square is pleasantly walkable at 1.5 miles away, or easily drivable.

Bedrooms - Floor 3 (AKA the kids' floor):
- 2 singles that can be joined to 1 king - 2 people
- 2 single trundles - 2 people (can be joined to make 2 kings)
**Please note that, while the house can accommodate more people, we have limited the max capacity to include sleeping arrangements for two people per queen or king bed, one person per twin, and no use of additional trundle twin beds. If you are interested in booking for more than 11 people, please reach out to use to see if we're able to accommodate your needs.

- Floor 2 - 1 bathroom with shower/bath combo, 1 bathroom with claw foot soaking tub with hand shower

- Gas fireplace in the primary bedroom
- Gas Jotul stove in the open space on the third floor
- While air conditioning is rarely required with plenty of airflow throughout the house with open windows and French doors that open to decks and the screened porch, there are three built-in air conditioners in bedroom 1 (floor 2), bedroom 5 (floor 3), and bedroom 6 (floor 3). There are also awnings over the south/ocean facing 2nd floor bedrooms to reduce heat from afternoon sun.

- Microwave
- Coffee maker (full pot or single cup option)
- All types of cookware
- Plenty of dinnerware/silverware to easily feed 15+
