About this house rental
Located in a prime location on Ocean Avenue, just two blocks from the heart of Dock Square, this beautifully renovated historic home offers the perfect blend of classic charm and modern luxury. With four bedrooms, three bathrooms in the house, and a spacious two bedroom guest cottage, this property is an ideal getaway for families or groups seeking both comfort and convenience.
The main house, which sleeps 8, features an expansive living room, a separate office/den, and a state-of-the-art kitchen complete with Bosch stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a cozy breakfast area. The adjacent dining area provides ample space for family meals, while flat-screen TVs and high-speed wireless internet throughout ensure a seamless, connected stay. A convenient mudroom entrance leads to the separate two-bedroom guest cottage, making it the perfect retreat for extra privacy and comfort.
On the second floor, there is a master suite with a king size bed and ensuite bath. Additional bedrooms include one with a king bed, another with a queen, and a third with a queen bed, along with a full hall bath and laundry facilities.
The guest cottage, included with the main house rental between May 1 and October 31, offers a charming pine-paneled great room complete with a stone gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, minibar kitchen, and an updated full bath with tiled shower. Two cozy bedrooms, each with two single beds, and air conditioning provide additional comfort for up to four guests.
Outdoor living is equally inviting, with a lovely patio and Weber gas grill, perfect for outdoor dining after a day of beach outings or shopping. The property also offers off-street parking for your convenience.
