Coneyville is a delightful detached bungalow sitting on a lovely cul-de-sac in the village of Culmore in Londonderry. It consists of three bedrooms, sleeping six, two of which have en-suite basin and WC and en-suite shower room. It also contains an open-plan kitchen with diner, sitting room and utility room. Outside is a charming garden with lawn, patio and seating area, there is also off-road parking to the front. Coneyville is a wonderful place to bring family or friends looking to explore a lovely part of Northern Ireland. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.
Amenities: Oil central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 20 minute walk.
