The internet wasn’t working, there were some small issues other than that but it was mainly the internet that was annoying as j wanted to work but couldn’t

The place was clean and very comfortable. It was within walking distance of the city, we didn't have to pay for parking and we could check in and check out at a reasonable hour. I think the value for money is great, you get an entire apartment and a parking space, while being close to the city. The host was very nice and even let us extend our check out time a bit more, so we could leave our car there and explore the city for a few hours more. I would really recommend!

Location is perfect, 15 mins to Graz city center. Process of self check-in is easy and fast. Host let us in apartment earlier. Private parking lot. Heating system was working fine. This is very good value for money.
The apartment looks nice and new on the photos and at first look but actually it needs immediat renovation (chairs, table, couch, walls, couratins etc.). The apartment was not cleaned properly and there were stains all over the apartment. We arrived with SUV on the private parking lot and we almost stratched bottom of the car because the driveway was steep, so be careful.
