Замечательная квартира! Очень уютная и комфортная для проживания! Ощущение, что приехал домой, в не в кратковременное размещение. Есть все необходимое: и для готовки и для уборки. Это очень важно, если останавливаешься в размещении на несколько дней. Удобная кровать, комфортные подушки. Отдельное спасибо за вентилятор в комнате. Приехали в Грац в самую жару, и он очень нас спас! Боялись, что будет слышен шум с улицы, но было достаточно тихо. Утром слышны трамваи, но не критично. Благодарю хозяев квартиры за чудесный прием! Обязательно вернемся вновь!

Schöne große Wohnung, gut ausgestattet. Lage zentral, daher aber auch etwas unruhig (s.u.). Vermieter nett, gut erreichbar. Preis passt.
Gebäude wirkt abgelebt. Lage gut vom Hbf erreichbar, daher aber auch etwas laut. Straßenbahn rattert fast direkt am Schlafzimmerfenster vorbei.
