I would stay here again for sure

the location is right off the highway so it was easy to get Ubers. the bed felt like a cloud. the room was great

they was a tapping that kept going, all hours, that I could hear. there was an earthquake and I didn't know how serious is was or what. I should do, but apparently they are common.

A lot of non-functional things - I don't recommend to stay there

I must admit that I was quite disappointed with the accommodation at your hotel - especially as I was expecting the quality of a 5 star hotel (as stated on Booking.com) and unfortunately it did not meet my expectations at all. Here are a number of problems that I registered. * the SPA was not working (which is supposedly under renovation), which disappointed me, because this was the main reason why I decided to book your hotel * I nearly went crazy on Thursday - there was extremely noisy alarm testing going on for about an hour, for an earthquake, it interrupted my important business calls. I don't book a 5 star hotel so I have to go work elsewhere * I paid for dinner on Thursday, there was only a grill with meat, but there were no vegetarian dishes (not even fish), only side dishes that I could have * the juices were not fresh but artificial and mega sweet * when I ordered water, they brought me bottled water, which I had to pay extra for, instead of bringing me a pitcher of water (I didn't have to pay for oversweetened juices, but I did for plain water) * today the power went out and I was stuck in the elevator (!) luckily the power came back on a few minutes later, but it was a big shock to me - why don't you have backup diesel generators? I *had* to pay all the extra costs (lunches and dinners) right away - why wasn't it possible to pay at the end when checking out, as with other decent hotels? * I wanted an invoice for a company and got an invoice for an individual (I told the reception twice) - and I am still waiting for an invoice from you for my company. In any case, I am disappointed and will never use your hotel again.

i reserved a room for two adults and one child (2 years old) i specifically chose the room to have breakfast included. But after breakfast, I was told that I needed to pay 280 pesos for the child, after explanations and from consultations, they still brought me a bill for 130 pesos. I am very unhappy with what happened. It is also not convenient that the refrigerator in the room is locked, and there is nowhere to cool water and food.
