Staff was great

Beds were horrible uncomfortable super squeaky. Was woken up promptly at 10am to clean our room. I asked for them to come back later and they refused said they would be too busy. Didn't get our room cleaned for the whole time we stayed there completely disappointed with this stay. Towels were old n one had a blue stain. Went out and bought our own towels because gross.

we arrived and they refused to give us our confirmed room. They “found” our reservation after we started calling booking. Not a pleasant experience after 18 hours of flight.

The property is clean and the staff is very helpful. The hotel is secure and safe with a guard on site at all times. there is an attached garage for vehicles staffed 24/7

There is a bar across the street that plays their music so loud that it is hard to sleep. This goes on until 3am when the bar closes. Earplugs were required. I liked the hotel and staff very much, but if I had to do it again, I would choose a different place to stay

I liked about the property that’s close to the center

if you like to sleep in a quiet environment I don’t recommend so much because there a bar/ restaurant close across the street and you can hear the music. pretty loud but besides that good .

Bad

Food was bad. We got food poison. We left earlier they promise to refund us... so far 2 weeks passed no money. Oh and towels were so used up they had holes in them 😁

It doesn’t have amenities such as new and varied towels, shower caps, shampoo and conditioner. It doesn’t have a safety deposit box in the room. The only towels provided are old and falling apart.
