    Location does not feel safe for tourists. Though we booked a room with a "cama grande" (as it turns that was a queen bed) for two persons, the room was set up for one person only - we got one small bottle of water, one set of toiletries. Reception staff would stare at you during the breakfast and look whether you took something with you - we even saw one of them stopping a guest and asking her to open her bag to check wheather she took something. It seems there are too many of them with very little work to do. Room cleaner would knock on everyone's door around 9 - if no one answers she would just come in into the room to check it and leave immediatelly, if you are at the room she would ask if everything is ok with the room.

    I recently stayed at this hotel, it has very spacious rooms, which include air conditioning, and also have a hair dryer, iron and clothes hangers. Everything is very clean, the staff is very friendly and it is very well located since it is just a few steps from a shopping center, bus station and a hospital. It is a very safe and inviting place. They also offer buffet breakfast until 9am and coffee 24 hours a day. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they guided me to choose tours in the city. My family and I were very safe during our first visit to Mexico City. I definitely recommend this place.
