Good for one day, not very comfortable

Location is good for north Mexico City.

Hotel is in the second floor of a shopping center, no direct access from parking and elevators (lifts) doesn’t work fine (2 out of 4 were working) Bed and pillows are not comfortable

Great location but not a great hotel

Excellent location - close to one of the biggest and best malls in Latin America and main road to mexico city. Receptionist and breakfast staff have a great positive attitude.

Dimly lit and depressing reception area. Breakfast and room service frequently arrived cold. Hotel said they could arrange a hire car, however after making a reservation the hotel said they could not make contact with the hire company. During our stay there was on going construction in the central commercial where the hotel is situated, resulting in noise and vibrations around the clock..

Great place to stay if you don't get the evening receptionist we got. It can really ruin your stay.

The location is great. It's in a Mall. and close to where I needed to go. COVID measures were taken and it was clean. Great morning receptionist.

It was difficult to turn off the heater in the evening. We could not open the window, we called the receptionist hourly up until 4 AM. We were not offered ANY help by the evening receptionist or a room exchange. Yet the kind and helpful receptionist the next morning told me the evening receptionist said we declined help or a room exchange. I would only return here out of need. I am also aware this was one terrible employee.

La gentillesse du personelle d’accueil

La Clim n’est pas réversible , de conséquence avec 6 C à l’extérieur il faisait bien frais dans la chambre ..on m’a donner un chauffage d’appoint que ne faisait pas le travaille , deux jour après je dû allé le déposer à l’accueil pas que ils marche plus .. On m’a donner un autre chauffage ,la même taille et pareil aucune chaleur la nuit ..pour un 4 étoile et vu le prix payer je trouve cela inadmissible .. Je esseyer le petit déjeuner , mais le cookies très dur ,petite taille , comme si la pâtes n’avez pas pousser et juste cuit ..l’apparence étais Bonne du buffet , j’avais même payer pour la semaine du coup , mais après avoir esseyer une fois je vite demander à être rembourser .. En arrivant sur place , le prix à payer est différent de Booking, on ajoute l’IVA et des taxe municipal , pour 6 nuit ça vous fait 70$ supplémentaire , chose que je déteste , et durtout par le site sur le quelle j’écris mon commentaire que après ne donne pas suite de réparation.. Dans la chambre , j’avais demander pas de ménage ,autrement je devais payer encore 25 dollar .. Une personne passe uniquement pour me refaire le lit ..et ajouter du café et UNE BOUTEILLE D’EAU ..des jours j’avais même pas ça .. Je pense que y’a d’autre établissement mieux que ça ..

Hacía frio, El aire que tienen no es frío - caliente. Y termine solicitando cobijas adicionales porque realmente hacía frío. El ruído de la calle se alcanza a meter, aún cuando es un edificio Alto

Decepción

El elevador que nos subimos no funcionaba y ningun trabajador se acercó a apoyarnos, y llevábamos una persona discapacitada. Las habitaciones no tienen calefacción y por esta temporada de frío, si se siente más frío. En ningún momento del check in te informan de eso. En la noche tuve que hablar a recepción y comentaron que las habitaciones no tienen calefacción y que ellos te suben un calefactor. Así que tienes que pedirlo, al igual que tienes que pedir más cobijas.
