Location was fabulous, quiet and close to everything in Newcastle. Facilities were more than adequate for our needs. Added bonus…. large flat screen TV.
Property was great, but furniture getting a bit tired.

Great apartment, very comfortable, located in a wonderful spot - close to everything, near coffee shops, restaurants, a shopping mall, easy to get from there to interesting sites and to Newcastle University. We received air fans in the rooms to our request. The collection of the keys and the check-in were easy and quick. The apartment felt like home and it was a very nice staying. Enjoyed a lot!

Good location.
The place looks a bit tired - pictures taken off the wall, carpet stained in quite a number of places, duvet and pillow when we arrived had lots of grey lint on them, which felt a bit icky. The tv we could not work out at all (and we are fairly tech savvy). Asked a couple of times how to get it working and, whilst the response was prompt, always got the answer that there were buttons on the side if the tv (which we had already explored) - nothing about how the 3 different remotes worked. In the end we just made do with terrestrial tv. It would have been really helpful to have some sort of guest manual dealing with this, rubbish, exactly where to drop the keys (took half an hour to work that out!) etc. Finally, the photos of the apartment when we booked (and this questionnaire) were actually of a different flat.
