the location was amazing and the apartment is big and spacious but there are negatives alongside.
the location was great and all the information provided about the city and how to work the appliances in the apartment was very helpful and the staff were very kind to provide us with this information
the cleaning was below minimum - when we arrived the apartment hadn’t even been clean from the last guests yet and the owner said the cleaners would be here asap. it took them almost 2 hours to arrive and when they did they were extremely unhelpful and rude. we left the apartment while they cleaned and when we got back they did the bare minimum, on the surface it looked clean but looking further such as the cutlery, inside of cupboards and in appliances such as the oven, extractor fan, hob and microwave were really dirty. the bed was extremely uncomfortable and left me and my partner with extreme back pain after our stay.

Overpriced non executive apartment.
Staff were quick and helpful with issues. Parking and security really good.
I didn't appreciate being relocated to an apartment with a view of a car park. It was in no way 'executive' standard. The apartment is functional at a basic/tired level and is therefore overpriced. Broadband was dodgy and unreliable and the living room radiator doesn't work.

Pip, the Week 2 Week rep was very couteous, with a lovely warm welcome, left agreat impression to start our weekend. Apartment was lovely & clean, felt also secure. Had everything we needed for our stay & we never used, oven, washing machine & dishwasher provided. Great location & definately book again.
If Im being extremely picky, water pressure couldve been better, more freeview channels on tv, which needs a cable tidy. But somewhere clear to place rubbish at end of stay. Partly my fault, meant to ask prior to 1st night. And finally, as mentioned on Google review, great location but had drunks passing by outside, screaming etc til 4am! Dont try to sleep with windows open. Not Week 2 Weeks fault obviously.

Exceptional
The space ,facilities, the helpfulness of the staff accommodating our late arrival time due to flight delays. Sarah and Lou were great and Sarah even managed to arrange for split beds for us as I was travelling with my 17 year old son. I felt the staff went over and beyond 😀 Thank you.
Everything was perfect the only thing that was faulty was the hairdryer
