Great in town Apartment

We loved the in town balcony watching the bustle of the town and the close walkable old town. Dinan is a beautiful old town. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable and had great kitchen supplies and little extra touches.

The contact with the manager was difficult and the parking directions were a bit difficult. If you are not familiar with driving in a foreign country it could be a challenge. Being an in town apartment it can get noisy. If town living is ok this would be a great place to rent. We would rent it again because being in town is appealing to us.

Lovely apartment to stay for a few days

This apartment was very centrally located in Dinan, so walk to everything. The sitting room was very large and really lovely. Tastefully decorated. Large TV, comfy seating, dining table and chess set. The kitchen was well equipped for a short stay, with lots of really helpful items supplied for our visit. Main bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. The hostess was great when we had an issue with the lock in the shared hallway, and came straight over. She also checked in regularly to make sure all was OK and we were happy. Would definitely stay here again.

The staircase up to the second bedroom was very narrow, and very awkward where it met the main staircase. Care had to be taken going up and down, and it could be an issue for older guests.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Dinan.

Spacious apartment in a great location. Apartment was very well equipped and within walking distance of the historic centre with a supermarket next door, a wonderful boulangerie across the street plus many excellent restaurants close by. It was a big plus having parking which was a short walk away.

Bit of an odor from the cafe exhaust fan outside the master bedroom window when we opened it but it was fine at night after the cafe closed.

Location was good, near to the historic centre. Check in and out was easy. The property was very big and spacious with good facilities and met all our needs. There was a parking slot near by which was convenient.

Superb

Great apartment for a family or a group of friends! Having two full separate bathrooms was a luxury for Europe. The location is very close to the city center, and there was private parking available close by (the host will provide a key card to enter the parking lot). It's possible to temporarily park in front of the apartment to load/unload the car. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, it has everything you need (including washing machine and dishwasher). There were even extra towels, sheets, pillows and duvets. Nathalie, the host, checked in on us during our stay, and was very helpful. There is a supermarket right downstairs and bakeries close by, very convenient.

I got a bit nervous before our arrival because I hadn't heard from the host, though after our arrival she was very responsive. The apartment is not for everyone - people with mobility issues or small children beware, the stairs to the second bedroom are steep and narrow. Also, the bed in the upstairs room is a sofa bed. Comfortable enough for a couple of nights, but a bit on the small side.

Excellent central location with handy small supermarket next door. Parking was very easy once we realised that the card requires no validation or payment. Just use it to raise barrier going in and coming out. Bars and restaurants within 50 metres. Perfect.

Perfect location right in the heart of Dinan with car park just across the street. The apartment is really nice and spacious with amazing taste in decor. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back again when passing Dinan.

We really enjoyed our stay!!! Very nice and helpful host. Perfect location in the city center. Free and convenient car parking. Very close supermarket. Nice and spacious rooms. Good TV set. Very nice and special decoration in the living room. Very convenient bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Coffee machine. The host left us a complimentary bottle of cider, coffee capsules and some cookies.

The second floor is less convenient - it's better suited for younger people. The spiral staircase to the second floor is a bit awkward but we got used to it pretty quickly. Also the two level bed on the second floor is a bit problematic.

Overall the apartment is in a fabulous location, nicely furnished but suitable for only a couple.

The space and cleanliness were first class. The lounge area was spacious and nicely furnished

My son used the upstairs bedroom which really was not suitable for an adult re the stairs were really difficult to use . However I feel they would be dangerous for a child. There was no kettle to make tea which was frustrating . There were several poor finishes ie the tap in the downstairs showroom wobbled , one of the lamps in the lounge did not work and the shade was just sitting on it rather than being fitted .

Un lieu vaste, une super petite cuisine, bien situé, adapté aux séjours de plusieurs jours.

Le lieu est grand et agréable, le salon est immense, la cuisine est super fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner sérieusement. C'est un endroit qui appelle à passer plus de temps que deux nuits comme nous l'avons fait. Le rapport qualité prix est super, surtout, ne changez rien !

L'escalier en colimaçon pour monter à l'étage est très étroit et pas adapté ni aux personnes âgées, ni aux enfants, ni aux personnes en surpoids, ce serait bien de le signaler, ça peut vraiment poser problème.

El apartamento está genial. Un salón muy grande para disfrutar de ratos en familia y todo lo necesario para pasar unos días cómodamente. Bien decorado. Muy bien decorado y muy bien situado. Es de agradecer los detalles de bienvenida, a mis hijos les encantó. Un lujo poder tener sitio para el coche.

La limpieza debería ser mejor y sería perfecto. El baño estaba sucio.Había mucho polvo (rodaban las pelotillas de polvo) en las estanterías de varias de las estancias y el armario estaba muy desordenado . Tienes a mano el aspirador y productos de limpieza, pero no debería ser necesario tener que usarlo cuando recién llegas a un alojamiento. Además nosotros somos grandes alérgicos al polvo.
