A big Italian family apartment that will keep the kids entertained in the evening

Enrico is a fab host, who has put a lot of effort into making the apartment a good place to stay. He personally welcomes you and shows you around the flat. He's put together some local restaurant lists and a DIY tour of the sights. We booked this because the price was very good and there was a snooker table for the kids and they loved it and it kept them entertained in the evening. Rooms are a good size and there's 3 terraces, 1 small but 2 a couple or a few people could sit out on. It's right next to the metro which is a huge bonus as you can get anywhere easily and cheaply. There's a good little supermarket across the roads and loads of cafe/takeout places nearby. It also had a smart TV for those that consider this an important detail.

There was nothing not to like. The main area with the snooker table was different to the photo as it had more chairs in it and less space than we thought, but you can easily move stuff around. The kitchen is well equipped but smallish (we ate out at night), and the snooker table doubles as the only main table if you want to sit in for a meal. That didnt bother us at all. We were 4 adults and 4 kids and we had no issues. I suppose because it did feel a bit dated and it wasn't like I'd imagined from the photos I could give a 9, but actually it didn't matter in the end so I can't really mark it down. It's on the 4th floor - with an old fashioned lift. I'd only drop a point for lack of a modern feel, but I didn't because it didn't matter to us.

Exceptional

Enrico, the host, personally welcomed us to the apartment. The location is wonderful - right next to the metro line so transportation into the city was not a problem and more cost effective than a taxi. There is also a delicious gelato place nearby and a supermarket or food options around . Would stay here again on my next visit to Rome.

A superb property to stay when you plan to go in Rome!

This property is superb! It’s more than our expectation really! It’s a very spacious property, very clean, so comfy and relaxing. We felt like we’re just at home because everything we need were in there! Another thing we loved with this property is that it’s very accessible to the metro station, supermarket, pharmacy,fruit shop, coffee shop, restaurants and even the newest mall. The owner, Enrico is a lovely and very nice person. He’s very approachable and so helpful. He’s a star! I definitely recommend this property to my friends and for those who plan to visit Rome. No one will regret with this! 😊

Enrico, was there to greet us an was very friendly Felt at home right away. Wifi was strong inside the apartment great size, with every amenity you could need for a dog a week or a month. When in Roma stay here, there is no better place in town.

Large and clean apartment right next to the metro station, a few stops to the center of Rome. There are many restaurants and local shops in the near area. The host was very helpful and answered our questions immediately. Check in and Check out was easy, without problems.

Exceptional

The property location is not too far from the city center. There is a pizzeria that is located right next to the apartment building, convenient for on the go and dine in. Enrico was a really helpful when it came to places and recommendation. He took the time to show us around the property and was helpful answering any questions that we had. Very spacious rooms that was able to accommodate 11 adults and can fit more. Definitely a place I would check into again in the future!

WiFi kept logging off different users, other than that everything was awesome!
