Great, well equiped and very clean self catering accomodation near Central Rome

This was perfect for our needs. The cleanliness was exceptional, all the facilities we required were provided and the host, Michela, was very helpful and had kindly provided a lot of local information upon our arrival. The terrace provided a perfect place to sit outside and inside the fixtures were modern and the AC worked very well. The bed was comfortable, with clean bedding and towels provided, and a fridge/freezer, electric cooker and washing machine were provided. We were never disturbed by any noises from other residents and it is in a good safe area. This is within walking distance to the Vatican and had very good bus services to access Central Rome. There are several grocery stores within easy walking distance. There is also a nice park and a very interesting viewpoint within a short walk. We would happily stay here again.

Great for a few days in Rome

It was really clean and spacious. Michaela, the host, was available for anything and was very sweet. Shower was great, location was perfect, the terrace was súper pretty.

Very Enjoyable.

The Location is great. A 15 minute walk to the Vatican or you can use the local bus services ( bus stop a few minutes away ) so easy to use .Local shops and cafe a few minutes walk. Michela could not be more helpful and helped to arrange a taxi on a couple of occasions and very nice to chat and meet . The balcony is great size and nice to sit and to chill in the evening after a busy day walking around Rome. Taxi service was very good . Used on a few occasions . Speak English and arrived on time and reasonable prices. The apartment is very secure. Would recommend this apartment.

The Surprise of Rome

The location seemed exceptional to us, as long as you want to be a little away from the center. Michela was aware of everything, she gave us very useful information to move in Rome. The kitchen has everything you need and that is a must. The terrace was the best gift for breakfast.

The only thing to comment is that the extra bed for one person is a bit uncomfortable.

Appartment is a 100meters from multiple Busses which travel to the center. Apartment was fully equipped - bathroom, bedroom,TV,air conditioning,Kitchen with Fridge, freezeer, microwave,oven,washing machine and even a coffee maker. We enjoyed our stay a lot!!

Great Location

The apartment had everything you need and in a great location. Walk to Saint Pieters Basilica and regular bus 2 minutes walk taking you to Piazza Venezia. Some great restaurants in area. Also apartment had a washing machine that was handy. The owner was really helpful.

Only one thing and that was bed was a bit small. My husband 6 foot 2 and wasnt good for him.

Very good studio apartment behind San Marco's Basilica

A pretty apartment 15 mins away from city centre, there's a bus stop right outside the door that connects you with almost every important city landmark. The beds were very comfortable, the appliances inside the apartment all worked as intended and there even was a little supply of coffee and tea + sugar and that sorts of things in the kitchen. The host Michela was exceedingly nice and very helpful! Lot of great places to eat around, definitely recommended for couples or groups of family/friends. Thanks !

Balcony was fantastic. room was spacious and immaculate. great little kitchen with tea coffee etc available. Michela was super helpful & patient. let us check in early because she was there and check out an hour late because it suited her to clean other studios first and it was s big help to us. 👏👏❤️❤️

Noise isolation not great, as you hear conversations from the next door apartment. Only one thin sheet on the bed, without extra blankets. Pictures not very accurate when booking and unclear on what to expect e.g. balcony

A nice studio, in an apartment, not very far from Saint Pietro Basilica. Michaela is a very helpful owner, that gave us all the necessary details. Bus station very close, so you can easily use the public transport network, also several places to have breakfast or dinner in the proximity.

Amazing, adventurous place

Amazing, adventurous place twenty minutes from St. Peter. You could see the trees of Rule from the balcony. The owner was very nice, and the instructions sent by mail very clear. The price was good, and the room was equipped with a kitchen. We had a great time there.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped with the terrace being just the perfect spot for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city. The neighbourhood and the apartment complex itself felt safe. The location has good public transport connections, few restaurants and markets nearby. It only took us about 15min on foot to reach the Vatican which was a great starting point for our dialy explorations. Michela was a superb host who provided us with all of the necessary information and even some "insider's tips" .

The owner, Michela, was very friendly and helpful. If we got any problems we could write her and she'd help us. She also provided us with a map and showed us some tricks to easily navigate through Rome. WiFi quality was also good. The balcony was absolutely gorgeous. Kitchen was clean and equipped with everything you might need - toaster, water heater, teas of different types (even Twinings), an oven, refrigerator and a microwave. We cooked dinner everyday in the apartment and saved a lot of money this way.

Excellent location. Very nice greeting by the host. A lot of information was given on where to go with maps showing key areas. Great terrasse overlooking the rooftops with an amazing view! Room size was also good! And had a very usable small kitchen with all the appliances! The wifi worked very well too!

The bed mattress was very soft and should have been firmer!

Overall, every thing is fine. There are quite a few restaurants nearby. The apartment is safe. It's value for money, got free parking downstair the apartment. Michele is a super host and guide us with a lot color print out of all the transportation guide, where to go and comprehensive guide. The host has us to check in at close to midnight. She is very kind, she even allow me to have a late check out, due to my flight is much later in thecm afternoon. She has been very helpful. The apartment has everything you need from washing machine, to microwave, stove, kettle, clothes hanging rack, very compact and cosy. Michele even help me to send back my stuff that I left behind back to me through DHL. Enjoyed the stay there. Would certainly recomend anybody to stay there.

Der Kontakt lief über WhatsApp. Dort bekamen wir die genauen Anweisungen, wie man ins Appartament kommt. Jede Frage wurde beantwortet und auch wenn wir Michela nicht einmal gesehen haben, war es absolut perfekt. Sie ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Das Appartament ist genau richtig für zwei Personen, die Dachterasse ist wunderbar geeignet, um nach einer langen Erkundungstour durch Rom noch einen Trink zu sich zu nehmen. Man könnte auch grillen, dafür ist alles vor Ort. Es gibt alles, was man benötigt, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Alles ist sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt zwei Minuten zu Fuß von der Bushaltestelle entfernt, man ist in wenigen Minuten am Vatikan. Zu Fuß braucht man ca. 15-20min. Eine Pizzeria mit Bar ist auch gleich ums Eck. Supermarkt liegt ebenfalls in der Nähe. Also alles im großen und ganzen perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in der ewigen Stadt. Ein Parkplatz gehört nicht zur Wohnung. Wir hatten unser Auto auf der Straße gegenüber in einer offiziellen Garage untergebracht. Diese fanden wir online. War zwar preisintensiv, aber einen Parkplatz auf der Straße zu finden, ist wie ein Sechser im Lotto.
