Great stay – clean, comfortable, and well-located.

Excellent location, just a short walk from the Vatican. The metro station was only a few minutes away, so we could easily reach major sights like the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain. The area was very clean and felt safe. The host was very kind and welcoming. The apartment was modern, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. We were really satisfied with our stay!

You can live, but not in complete comfort.

Like for: transport near to property, clean property. Dislike: the internet wifi was constantly disappearing (one could even say it was non-existent), there were many cabinets that were completely empty of things necessary for life (for example, a warm blanket, basic food products such as sugar, sunflower oil, spices).

Ask about electricity before booking.

Location is good. Close to subway and easy to drive to center. Grocery store next door and good restaurant, Anastasio, across the street. I dealt with Cecelia for check in and she was very nice. Check In was easy and there is a book available with some great recommendations.

We were offered a pickup from the airport for 80€- it's much less expensive to take your own taxi from the airport. There is an issue with the electricity. Power goes off at peak hours and we needed to go reset the brakers. Not ideal during a Rome summer heat wave to have the AC go off as you're trying to rest. Spoke to Walter, who I believe is the owner, who was apologetic about the electricity situation, but did not compensate us in any way.

Nice family stay in Rome

Location was great, walkable to the city or to the metro station, plenty of good restaurants nearby for breakfast or dinner, as well grocery shops and 24/7 pharmacy. Staff was very nice and helpful, always approachable if needed. Quite location for families, playground just around the corner.

as i stayed in italy 2 weeks using booking, i stayed in this apartment only 15 hour , its was last day in my vacation and it was ruined my vacation with family 1- the apartment photo as posted except that this photo took at beginning of business, the apartment completely different ( wall dirty- sofa bed leather chapped - shower glass dirty- ceramic floor pale - water boiler full of dirt or calcium from old water - half of sheets and towels have yellow or black dirt ) literally the owner not following up his apartment with cleaners.

we came by car and we have arranged our exact time with co- landlord ( was a lady ) at 3 PM , i updated her every 30 minutes with my estimate arrival time so she will not wait us long time ( saving her time & mine cuz i drive 9 hour ) , but before arriving few minutes she apologized that there another customer will check in at 2:50 , and the result? the other customer delayed- and we stayed at street front of main door waiting more than 45 minutes ( after long distance driving )

Nice Appartment but noisy surroundings

Arranging collection of the keys and access to the property. However, it had t been cleaned so we waited until 2pm to get access. That was fine. But I was called whilst away from the property because the staff couldn’t get in and we had to go back with the key, When we arrived the staff had gotten in.

The noise from the adjoining appartment did mean that the screaming child and loud TV could be heard through the walls. The bedrooms also backed onto a busy street, so no chance of a lie if one needed it.

The rooms were spacious compared to other places we stayed at in Italy. The staff was friendly and accommodating with all our requests. The apartment was also conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and near by food places.

Everything. Apartment was very clean, hosts were very helpful, checking in was a breeze, arranged airport transfers to and fro. Juan was very very helpful. He answered all questions on time and provided us lots of information on getting round in Rome. I highly recommend them

Niezapomniane chwile

Usytuowanie obiektu jest bardzo dogodne w pobliżu znajdują się dwie stacje metra, co zapewnia łatwy dojazd z różnych części miasta. Okolica oferuje wiele restauracji i kawiarni. W sąsiedztwie znajduje się również pralnia miejska, apteki, a tuż przy wyjściu z budynku sklep spożywczy, w którym można wygodnie zrobić codzienne zakupy.

Brak zmywarki i dość duży hałas z ulicy, łóżko w salonie uważam że powinno być wymienione na zdecydowanie bardziej dogodniejsze.

Cerca de la estación de metro, rodeado de bares, restaurantes, trattorias, supermercados, farmacias, etc y al lado del Vaticano. Es un lindo departamento, muy limpio y cómodo.

Cómo está en una calle, es bullicioso si se abren las ventanas. Pero se puede disfrutar de la terraza.

Stosunek jakości do ceny. Świetna lokalizacja. Metro jakiś 300 m od obiektu. W okolicy dużo sklepów, restauracji i kawiarni. Jeśli będę następnym razem z Rzymie na pewno wrócę.

Rozkładana kanapa w pokoju. Strasznie niewygodna do siedzenia (wykonana ze skaju lub czegoś podobnego). Do spania po rozłożeniu wygodna więc minus jest mniejszy :)
