We made do

The location of the property was very convenient, close to public transport and Vatican plus many restaurants. Beds were comfortable and we were able to fit our group of 7 comfortably.

We were told there was a hot tub but never found it, nor were there any further instructions or information in the room to help. Check in process was clear and pretty easy but we weren’t given any checkout instructions. Tried to have a nice bottle of wine after a long day and wine opener was broken, fridge was leaking water from somewhere, multiple stains on the furniture and walls as well as bath tub and shower. Walls need a deep cleaning possibly new paint! There wasn’t any hand soap in kitchen or bathrooms or paper towels. We had a difficult time setting up payment for tourist taxes as we were instructed to give cash to the “cleaning guy” whom we never saw and therefore didn’t feel comfortable paying cash. PayPal was the other option we were given but we couldn’t get the WiFi to work and the owner was very impatient, seemed irritated and only cared about the money not any of the other issues/suggestions we had.

Extremely Dirty and Unpleasant Stay

We had an incredibly disappointing experience at this apartment. It was by far the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. The floors, furniture, and surfaces were filthy, and the bathroom smelled absolutely awful-almost unbearable. On top of that, the facilities were completely lacking; nothing felt functional or well-maintained. To make matters worse, there were ants crawling in the room, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, I do not recommend this place at all. It needs serious cleaning and maintenance before being rented out to guests. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

I felt disappointed with the stay, there are so many things that can be improved.

Location was fine.

The instructions were not sent in advanced, when I reached there I had to call to host's number after searching for right building (for 20 mins). After that I was given the wing name, floor details on the text message. I think this can be improved. The house "looked" clean but many of the things were not working or not really cleaned up. Sofa bed had dust on it, washing machine was from another life time and was plugged out ( we had to struggle a lot to use it). Blinds on the windows didnt work, dining table had broken chairs, AC from kitchen didnt work and it was horribly hot. There was no latch on the bathrooms (if you are letting 6 people stay, you would need that!) and no hot water. Wifi was almost there for the namesake, didnt work. Kitchen was okay.

space is great for 4 adults. a lot of room and storage areas. kitchen also had great supplies to cook in.

The hot water and pressure of the shower was okay. The water never gets warm fast enough so maybe the host could be clearer about how the system works (ie wait for x mins for system to warm up, direction of the knobs to adjust temperature). parking around the area was also a challenge. if you plan to drive your car to rome, be ready for the headache of looking for parking lots.

Estadia

Location was nice, close to supermarket and metro. The apartment had good ilumination, bathroom had shower and a jacuzzi. The living room was anexed to the kitchen, but was spacious enough for 5 people to be around. The sofa was nice. TVs were working well, with lots of different channels. The bathrooms also had 1 hair dryer and shower gel. The water was hot as you wanted.

Some of the things were broken. The dishwasher wasnt working, the light of the bathroom mirror wasnt working, the doors of the shower did not close properly, etc. Some things were out of place. For example, they put the refrigerator and the frezeer leaning against the oven, which is weird. No microwave. Also they said they would come to clean and replace the towels after 3 days, but no one came.

Poca pressione acqua per fare la doccia, mancanza di tenda per oscuratre e coprire luogo dove si dorme, miscelatore lavandino rotto. Purtroppo mi spiace ma la persona di riferimento è stata un pó assente riguardo la richiesta di coperta mancante nei letti singoli e divano letto, nonostante avevamo prenotato mesi precedenti, essendo il mese di ottobre si gradiva avere oltre il lenzuolo anche una trapuntina, ci è stato risposto che avremmo ricevuto quanto richiesto ma ciò non è avvenuto, senza avere riscontri telefonici o messaggi. A volte andare in hotel risulta una migliore soluzione è vero, di solito alloggiamo in case dove troviamo cordialità e accoglienza, è la prima volta che capita questa situazione, sarebbe carino rimediare.

Świetne mieszkanie: przestronne, komfortowe, proste, ale zaprojektowane ze smakiem. Dwa salony, dwie sypialnie, dwie łazienki, duży balkon - super!

Miało być 10 gwiazdek, ale dwa drobne, ale odczuwalne minusy: problemy z ciepłą wodą (czasami trzeba było czekać 10-15 minut, zanim zaczęła płynąć). Druga rzecz: mimo, że mieszkanie jest bardzo designerskie, materiały i wykonanie chyba nie do końca nadążyły za wizją, bo wiele elementów wymaga już naprawy lub wymiany. Ale tak czy inaczej, polecamy jak diabli i chętnie tu wrócimy przy następnej wizycie w Rzymie!

El aire del salón no funciona para nada! Hacía mucho calor. En las fotos parece mucho más “limpio y moderno”, pero las paredes están sucias, en el salón tenía mucho polvo, se nota que necesita un poco más de cuidado! El bater del baño de la habitación no funcionaba la cadena, todo el rato encendido cayendo agua haciendo ruido toda la noche. La ducha de la habitación muy bonita pero nada funcional, se moja toda la habitación. En la cocina falta cosas básicas …

La cercanía al vaticano que se podía ir a 13 min andando, un barrio muy familiar con una urbanización segura, los dos salones amplios con la cocina están genial y el dormitorio grande con su ducha y su baño me encantó

La cama del dormitorio pequeño se le salían las tablas cada vez que te movías, el baño grande no estaba muy limpio y el aire acondicionado del comedor apenas echaba aire, eso si fue un pequeño problema en nuestra estancia por la calor que hacía pero lo demás todo perfecto! Son pequeños matices a mejorar pero en general está bastante bien la verdad es que volvería a repetir en este apartamento

NON PERNOTTARE IN QUELLA CASA

La casa sporca, piena di formiche anche sulla cucina e tavolo , mancavano coppie di asciugamani e teli e li hanno portati l'indomani , forno microonde sporchissimo , mancava l'acqua calda in un bagno (e quando ho chiesto spiegazioni non hanno nemmeno risposto) , mancava la macchinetta espressa e quando l'ho richiesta mi hanno detto che dovevo prima saldare il pagamento affitto o avrebbero bloccato la porta e l'indomani hanno fatto trovare una moka x 9 tazze (cosa avremmo dovuto farcene) , i bagni senza serratura ne maniglie. Armadio con mensole rotte .non parliamo della vasca idromassaggio sporca e danneggiata. I letti con doghe consumatissime ...sembravamo coricati su una amaca. Scusate se dimentico qualcosa . POSTO SCONSIGLIATISSIMO !!!!!!!! NON FATEVI INGANNARE DALLE FOTO !!!!!!!!

Posizione eccellente a due passi dalla fermata della metro e vicino alla Città del Vaticano.

I posti letto nella struttura sono in totale 6: 1 letto matrimoniale in una camera, 4 posti nell'altra (molto piccola); in più, in soggiorno c'è un divano (non letto) su cui vengono messe le lenzuola, ma che non può essere venduto come posto letto. In generale, l'appartamento ha vari segni di scarsa manutenzione: alcune porte (tra cui quella di uno dei bagni!!) non hanno né maniglia né serratura, l'attaccapanni nell'ingresso ha un braccio rotto, le pareti avrebbero bisogno di una riimbiancata. Anche la comunicazione col cliente è scadente: il numero riportato su Booking è raggiungibile solo tramite WhatsApp ma questo non è specificato da nessuna parte, per cui nei giorni precedenti il soggiorno abbiamo provato a telefonare più volte senza ottenere risposta. Abbiamo ovviamente anche scritto ma anche qui senza avere risposta. A soggiorno già iniziato siamo stati contattati invece tramite 2 numeri diversi, da 2 persone che evidentemente non erano in comunicazione tra loro perché ci davano informazioni contrastanti. L'impressione generale è che non ci sia attenzione né interesse a fornire un soggiorno confortevole.

Es una buena casa, en un buen barrio. Tiene servicios cerca. Autobuses y metro también cerca.

Fue imposible que el dueño de la casa nos atendiera en nuestras peticiones. La casa estaba bastante sucia y con cosas rotas que no funcionaban. Intentamos ponernos en contacto con él dueño de la casa pero no nos hizo ni puñetero caso.
