Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación y el barrio.

Lo que menos nos gustó es que había muchas hormigas. En el baño, en la cocina, en las habitaciones… hasta dejaron un spray para matarlas… Además, las mantas de las camas tenían unas manchas blancas que no transmitían mucha confianza.

Todo. Excelente ubicación, departamento hermoso, bien mantenido, con todo lo necesario. Nos dejaron cápsulas de café, útiles de aseo, realmente un plus en la recepción. Apoyaron con información de lugares cercanos para comer, movilizarse, supermercados. Camas cómodas, lugar tranquilo, una maravilla.

It is big and spacious

We had high expectations for this apartment, but unfortunately several basic issues made our stay quite uncomfortable. The bedroom curtain didn’t close, so light came in very early every morning. We reported it on the first day, but it was never fixed. We also asked for bed sheets because there were only heavy duvet blankets that had several use stains and with no case , which was very uncomfortable to have to use in the middle of summer. The host said she would bring some sheets, but never did. There is a “sofa bed” that has no upholstering it was covered with an old bed cover. It looks and feels very dirty. The washing machine works but the door handle is broken so you have get in there with your finger to pull a metal rod and open the door. In general there are several things that are not taken care of and the fee is quite high to have to put up with so many broken things. The showerhead was broken when we arrived, spraying water toward the walls instead of the person showering. It was finally fixed after two days. We also found the apartment lacked essentials like body soap, trash bags, and a sponge to wash dishes — we had to buy them ourselves. The place has potential and the location was fine, but the lack of attention to basic details and the slow (or absent) response from the host made it a disappointing experience. I hope improvements are made for future guests.
