The place is big, clean, and nice location in Rome

Me and my friends loved the location specially it is just a walking distance to Vatican, supermarkets, restaurants, Metro, and easy to get a taxi. The apartment is big and clean and we can also cook. The host Paola was very helpful, gave us tips and answered immediately to our questions during our stay in Rome. Thank you very much Paola, I definitely come back and book again your place. I recommended your place to our family and friends who are planning to go to Rome.

My friends was expecting a kitchen inside the Roomas shown in the picture but it's in the common area. Glad the other guests were not cooking so we were free to use the kitchen and cooking utensils were there.

Pleasant, accessible, enjoyable

The property was located in between two metro stations. It can be accessed throug Cipro and Valle Aurelia. I personally think that it is nearer via Valle Aurelia Metro. It is also near Aura mall which has a good food court and supermarket. The property itself is opposite a tiger market. Carrefour (open 24 hours) is walking distance as well as Conrad city supermarket. The property has a common kitchen area which you can cook meals and eat in if you dont want to eat in the room. The room has a big fridge, microwave and kettle. The room also has AC and an iron. It is a walking distance to vatican museum and vatican city itself. Paula was such a gem. She gave us a run down on the restaurants and places that was accessible to us. She was communicative, acommodating, and approachable.

Amazing stay and very comfortable.

We liked that we were close to many restaurants and cafe’s. The Vatican is very close and we were close to Metro station. It was very cozy and had everything we needed. It was clean and inviting with all the amenities we required and more. Aldo was very nice and communicated with us upon our arrival and throughout our trip. He had a map and brochures and made recommendations for cafe’s, restaurants and shopping.

There wasn’t anything in particular that we did not enjoy about the property.

Very early checkout at 10 No good isolation, we were ablento here even the steps of anyone entering the building above us Conditioner filters were very dirty and blocked, seems to be not cleaned for months, we had to do it by ourselves We had to keep bath room door open, otherwise there's a very bad smell in the apartment when we comeback. No planned room cleaning service and when we requested it we had to wait 2 days. Price is somehow expensive

Exceptional

Everything was great! Since the first contact untill leaving. Apartment is very comfortable, it has it all. In vicinity there is everything you need. Metro is few minutes walking. They let us leave the luaguage until late afternoon. Special thanks goes to Aldo who really helped us a lot. I would really recomend it!!!😉

Good position, near to Metro about 3 minutes walk distance, good restaurant (Romane), good coffee store (Lasiciliana) in 1 minute from the room.

The room was very clean when we arrived, but they not cleaned again (we stay for 4 nights). We ask (by SMS) when the clean again the room and nobody answer to us. Also we ask one toilette paper (there is only one for all days!!!) and also nobody answer!!

Good

Definitely overrated! Owner Aldo was friendly and checked in was smooth. However, the place was below average. We are a family staying in Room 4. I believed it was located under the entrance lobby below ground level. The building structure insulation were bad as we could hear impact noises all around, foot steps, strange clackety sounds, doors closing, and neighbours flushing frequently. There was strange smell in the toilet. The standing shower come only with a rain shower overhead and not very convenient when bathing, and it flood easily as the water trap doesn't run off properly, there were full of hairs and disgusting scums below choking the flow and obviously it's was not clean properly. The walls near the window were moldy so we kept the curtain closed on all the time. Floors were dusty. Mattress were hard and uncomfortable. Moreover, no duvets or blankets were provided just a bed sheet. Overall, poor sleep comfort and resting.

Good location and comfortable apartment

Giulia was a super kind host. We had user friendly late check-in without additional charges and could leave our baggage in the apartment after checkout. Location is great, just 5 min walks to the metro station Cipro. The apartment is comfortable and pleasent.

Powet outlets are too small for regular appliances.

Poor quality for money.

The room was well lit with plenty of plug sockets. When we worked out the air conditioning it was effective.

The room was nothing like the advertised photos. There was no balcony; the room was in a basement with a view of parked cars. The kitchen was tiny in a very small alcove. The fittings, furnishings and shower were poor quality. This is a multi occupancy building not in the spirit of air b and b. Our message to the owner was ignored.

a great small place with a very good location

I love that the flat was super clean and cozy and even though it is a small place, kinda like a studio it was not a problem for me and my 3 friends. The flat has a great bathroom and balcony as well. Also the location was very nice as it is very close to the metro station.

The kitchen was not well equipped as it didn’t have a lot of kitchen stuff like kettle, toaster, small bowls etc. Moreover extra clean towels were not given to us and if were needed the extra cost was €5 for each.

Modern and complete apartment with lots of space and a large modern up-to-date bathroom. Very affordable and near the metro. Supermarket across the road.

You will have a constant noise form traffic from the rather busy road at the front of the building. The front is quite far from these apartments, but you will have to close the windows at night and use the airco. So, depends on what you used to I guess.

There wasn't soap and enough toilet paper. In the bathroom cabin there isn't a shelf to leave shampoo and ext.
