Claudio Vaticano appartamento

L'appartamento è in zona Vaticano, con una bella passeggiata vedi piazza San Pietro di sera ed è impagabile; si trova nelle vicinanze dalla Metro Cipro (ci vuole comunque una camminata) e ha una fermata bus proprio sotto casa (Emo Brigantin) con fermata diretta alla stazione Tiburtina. In zona ci sono trattorie Romane veraci (noi abbiamo provato la Fornace e da Zacca ar 20) e nella vicinanze Bonci e le sue mitiche pizze ma il valore aggiunto della casa è Claudio, il proprietario che con la sua gentilezza fa innamorare ancora di più della meravigliosa città eterna.

The location was great for discovering Rome with my family. The Cipro Metro station is close by, Conad grocery store across the street, Bonci pizarium close by and sevral nice restaurants close by. We were walking when visiting Vatican and surroundings. Claudio is a great host, very friendly and responsive.

The kitchen is quite small for a family of five, but nothing much you can do do about that :)

The apartment consists of two big rooms, both with TVs, an ensuite, and entrance to the big terrace. They are like hotel suites. The beds are very comfortable and the electric shades provide darkness for a good sleep. There is a kitchen equipped with all necessary supplies, washing machine, coffee maker, fridge, etc and the big balcony is a bonus! The apartment is located next to the busy area and the Vatikan, downtown Rome is easily accessible by metro, which is nearby. We walked home every day from downtown, even from the Colosseum, it’s a good half an hour comfortable walk, so for us it was perfect. The owner was very helpful and we were well taken care of, we also were given some yummy goodies from him as a surprise. Thank you Caludio! Check-in and out was easy and he was flexible and payed attention to us. Opposite the apartment there is a lovely Italian restaurant and there is a supermarket close to it as well, which was very convenient for us too. We had a great time and will visit Claudio again next time! :)

Im very particular about linens, bed sheets and towels. They didnt smell clean. The smaller bathroom had broken shower door and the toilet bowl flush didnt work several times. Im not sure if i should demand for bathroom stuff like shampoo, soap which i didnt find in this apartment; but Ive stayed in 2 other apartments before here and they were aptly provided. The kitchen didnt have enough utensils, glasses, etc. The coffee maker was broken.
