"As soon as I stepped out of the taxi, the host called my name from a streetside cafe where he was waiting. The apartment was sparkling clean, hardwood floors in all rooms, and very spacious and airy. ..."

An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

The close proximity to grocery shopping and restaurants.
There were not enough utensils for 2 people (1 fork). The owner should provide some tips for the unit, i.e. location of grocery stores, restaurants, bus stops, train/metro stations, etc., proper protocol for locking unit access (unlocked from the inside when we arrived, found it locked more than once).
