Domus Lido

Esperienza fantastica! L'appartamento è un piccolo gioiello: pulito, funzionale e situato in una posizione davvero invidiabile, perfetta per godersi l'atmosfera pasquale della città. La proprietaria è stata incredibilmente gentile e premurosa, facendoci sentire subito a casa con piccole attenzioni che hanno fatto la differenza. Torneremo sicuramente!

Emplacement près de la.plage et gare de Lido Centro qui.vous permet de vous rendre à Rome en un peu plus de 30 minutes facilement accessible à pied. Immeuble tranquille. Commerces essentiels à proximité.

En général correct. Équipement de base. Il faisait plutôt froid et c'était très humide dans l'appartement.

Self check-in. Ot was pretty fast. I have booked the property and 10 minutes later I have already had check-in info a prepared apartment.

Hot water in the shower had pretty low pressure.

The apartment is in an excellent location, right in the center and within walking distance of the main attractions. It was spacious, very clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It also had a pleasant fresh scent when we arrived, which made it feel very welcoming.

The apartment is in a great location, but the lack of air conditioning was a major issue for us. We knew it didn't have AC when we booked, and we assumed that being close to the sea would keep it cool. (Also we typically tolerate hot weather pretty well). Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The building gets direct sun for most of the day, making the apartment extremely hot. At night it didn't cool down, and we couldn't leave the windows open because of the noise and the bats outside. With the windows closed, the heat became unbearable, and we barely slept. The next morning, we ended up booking another apartment. It was half the price, had air conditioning, and was much cooler even without the AC running. Considering the price, we don't think this apartment offers good value during the summer. We would recommend staying a few blocks farther from the center if it means having air conditioning, as the short walk is well worth the comfort.
