This basement level unit is in a very convenient location. Short distance to walk from the airport bus station in Ostia and lots of cafes close by as well as grocery stores. It is also a short walk to the beach boardwalk area.
It needs a cutting board and maybe some regular size coffee / tea mugs.

Great location. Little courtyard. Reasonable quiet. Nice shower.
Internet was intermittent and finally failed completely over the last few days. Reseating cables and restarting router didn’t help. Owner was going to contact the internet company to get it sorted. When it was working it was fine (10Mbps).
