The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The location is convenient, in the centre of Lido and a few meters away from the railway station. Key collection was very easy. The large supermarket is 50 meters distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful, gave advice according to the restaurants and cafes.
The Lido beach was better than the own one provided with the apartment, The coffee machine was broken and the staff had not managed to change it for 10 days of our stay.

Wonderful apartment in a great location.
The hot water heater is off by default. You need to turn it on every time you want to use it. Totally fine if it was communicated. Otherwise, how would you know where & how to do it.
Staff is rude. The rudest people I've met in Italy. Very surprising from a "boutique luxury company". Kept telling me to get out & wait outside while they find the key or call taxi, etc. Very poor communication & general demeanor like you are bothering them the whole 10 min that you are trying to check in to the apartment.
