The location of the apartment was excellent, with supermarkets nearby and many lovely shops just along the street. We also appreciated that the apartment had two air conditioners, both of which worked very well, making our stay very comfortable. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and the host was always available and quick to respond to our messages. The apartment also has a very cozy and charming design, which made us feel at home.

The biggest disappointment was the terrace. One of the main reasons we booked this apartment was because of the terrace, but it is currently under construction. It was impossible to use it, dry clothes outside, or even open the shutters because construction workers were working right outside the windows. We could also hear construction noise, sometimes as early as 8:00 a.m., although this did not happen every day. If we had been informed about the renovation before our arrival, we would not have booked this apartment, as the terrace was one of the main reasons for choosing it. Another issue was the Wi-Fi. I had already read in previous reviews that the internet could be a problem, so before booking I contacted the host and explained that a reliable internet connection was essential because I needed to work remotely. When we arrived, we were told there was a technical problem and there was no internet at all. It was fixed the following day, but the connection remained very slow and unstable, making it almost impossible to work. The apartment is also not suitable for three adults. The sofa bed for the third guest is extremely uncomfortable. I woke up every morning with severe back pain. I am writing this review from another apartment where I am sleeping on a proper single bed, and the pain has completely disappeared, so I am confident the sofa was the cause. Finally, although a washing machine is not listed among the amenities, I was surprised that there wasn't one. Nowadays, many travelers choose apartments instead of hotels because they expect the conveniences of a modern home, including a washing machine. I simply overlooked its absence in the listing because this is the first apartment I have ever booked without one. The host was kind and responsive, and the apartment itself is clean and well located. However, I believe these issues should be clearly disclosed so that future guests can make an informed decision.

Pulizia, ottimo arredamento e ottima posizione

Appartamento delizioso, arredato di buon gusto, con tutti i confort, moderno e pulito. Terrazino con spazio relax e bagno spazioso. L' host molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione per raggiungere sia il centro di Lido di Ostia che la stazione Lido Centro. Zona piena di negozi. Molto consigliato.
