Die Unterkunft hatte eine gute Lage sowohl für Tagestrips nach Rom als auch für ausgiebige Strandtage.
2 Schlafzimmer machten es komfortabel.
Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, alles war ausreichend vorhanden und sauber.
Der Garten im Innenhof war sehr gepflegt.
In der unmittelbaren Nähe gab es auch viele Möglichkeiten gut zu essen und die Tipps von Emanuele für den Strand, Essen und Bahnverbindungen waren großartig! Vielen Dank!
Einige Dinge waren in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise reparaturbedürftig, aber noch nutzbar.
Die Umgebung war manches Mal eher ungepflegt, dafür kann der Vermieter aber ja nichts.

Es ist eine wunderschön gelegene ,sehr ruhige,große Wohnung mit 2 Doppelbetten und 2 Bädern.Alles genau wie auf den Bildern.
Vom umlaufenden Balkon kann man in einen großen mit riesigen Magnolien und Bananenbäumen bepflanzten Garten schauen.
Ein kleiner Supermarkt ,der alles hat ,ist im Nebenhaus
Es sind gemütlich geschleudert 5 min zum Sandstrand mit Bars und Restaurants.
Das besondere ist der Bus der genau vor der Haustüre hält und einen in ca.10 Minuten zur S Bahn Linie Richtung Rom oder Ostia Antica bringt.
Übrigens immer pünktlich.
Eine gute Wahl und ein toller Vermieter.

L’appartamento è molto confortevole, perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione.
Siamo stati accolti da Emanuele (host) una persona gentilissima e disponibile ad ogni esigenza. L'appartamento è spazioso e ben arredato, la presenza dei doppi servizi è impagabile.
Si ha la sensazione di essere a casa propria, c'è spazio per tutti: la camera matrimoniale include una cabina armadio e un bagno privato (privacy assicurata), una cameretta con due letti singoli. Una cosa che abbiamo davvero apprezzato è stato l'ambiente giorno: composto da una cucina completamente attrezzata anche con lavastoviglie e un soggiorno molto accogliente con un ampio divano. Per finire un ripostiglio funzionale con accluso lavatrice/asciugatrice.
Il WiFi gratuito ha reso tutto più semplice! Un'ottima scelta per Famiglie.
Sinceramente non saprei indicare nulla di negativo.
