The apartment was fantastic. We were a family of 4 with two teenagers and visited during August when the temperature was in the high 30s. The apartment was very clean and with plenty of facilities, including air-conditioning which is absolutely essential in the heat and this meant we had a very pleasant stay. We were met by Emanuele's wife for check-in and she gave us lots of helpful local information. It was very easy to get into central Rome via the Metromare train (30 mins) and the beach was an easy walk. The Roman ruins at Ostia Antica are also just two stops away on the train. There is a reasonably priced supermarket in the building which made things really easy as we stayed without a car. Would definitely recommend for a family who want a mix of culture and beach on holiday! Thank you!
