There was nothing we liked This apartment , there staff and boooking.com ruined our stay We had problems with the internet The staff would not fix it for 3 days then we had no electricity for 4 days which meant additional 4 days no internet I really need the internet to up load photos and video from the event we were at The staff refused to fix the problems We contacted booking.com who did nothing We asked to change rooms but we were ignored by booking.com and the staff from the appartment every time we spoke to the they were extremely RUDE We will never use booking.com again It ruined our trip We want a full refund

The location was on our way, happy it was only one night.

The apartment was spacious, located right on the seafront.

If you travel with no car the reception desk of Ostia holiday is far from the place. Additional amounts were requested at the check-in. The information about taxes to be paid on arrival was clear, but the extra cleaning fee due to the small dog was not stated on booking. The confirmation received by Whats App also mentioned that cleaning fees are optional. It was difficult to get a receipt. The apartment had no curtains to keep out the sun, the coffee machine didn't work, the oven smelled like someone had died, there were no batteries in the remotes, there was a leak and many broken items in the bathrooms.

Price was very affordable. If you stand up, you have water views. Spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

You have to drive or take a bus for 10 minutes from where you pick up your keys...that should be made more obvious when making the booking. They did not provide wifi information (even after I asked), thankfully the router waa there, and the pw was unchanged. There is no microwave, and the oven stays warm for a really long time. The quality of the sheets could be better. The bathroom with the tub has the bidet and toilet right next to it...not relaxing, and we could not get the hot water to work. You cannot see the water from any seated position.

in booking it written that they have 24 h reception in reality they leave the key in a vending machine its no problem until you realize that there is no one to talk to I needed to sent them more then 10 massages just to clear some questions that I had and if that's not enough they sent me the self check in instructions 3 hours before I was planning to ariive while I was in the middle of the flight!!! eventually I booked another room in different property because honestly I didn't think that they legit oh anf last thing they told me that I need to pickup the key for the room in point a then I need to walk more then 20 minutes with my luggage in the middle of the night! it's ridiculous

An incredibly complicated and unhelpful stay

The property was clean and we received a free upgrade

I have to say, this is the strangest experience I have had booking a property. First, Ostia Holidays let multiple properties so the address in the property description is not the one we stayed at or were assigned, we were apparently “upgraded” and assigned a completely different location. Yes, it was a nice apartment once we were let in but it’s extremely unsettling as a foreign traveller to arrive and be told you’re being accommodated elsewhere. I felt the staff were not helpful on arrival, it was very difficult to understand just how to get into the property and I felt like we were caused unnecessary stress because of how complicated it was.

I liked the style and the location of the property.

I didn’t get what I wanted. I had originally booked the apartment shown in the picture and they put me in a completely different apartment. Grateful that I had a place to stay but it was upsetting that I didn’t get what I was expecting. Asked for towels and never received any new ones.

Disappointing

The floor area, and the proximity of the apartment to the beach.

The apartment isn't properly kept. The place was not cleaned properly when we moved in to the apartment, and there were a lot of damages on the furnitures. Some of the towels that were provided to us even smelled like they were old or not washed properly.

The size was ok for Rome

The property was under total construction, loose wires hanging from walls and ceiling, exposed pipes. There were no restaurants within walking distance and had to take a bus to get anything. The rental company closes at 4:30 so you have to call to get a code to get keys. I was given keys for wrong apartment which did not look anything like pictures on line.

We had the keys delivered to us though, but the initial process would have been very difficult.

As tourist coming late from other destinations it is always difficult to get to another place/ address to get the keys to then go to your accomodation.

No puedo decir nada bueno.

En la descripción del alojamiento ponía que tenían traslado al aeropuerto, lo que no era verdad. Si bien es cierto que se ofrecieron a reservarnos un taxi, ya no era lo mismo puesto que, nuestros clientes tenían que pagarse el taxi ellos mismos (en vez de pagarlo nosotros junto con el alojamiento que era realmente lo que queríamos). Una vez llegaron nuestros clientes al alojamiento tuvieron miedo ya que les anduvieron en la puerta y les intentaron entrar. A pesar de que el alojamiento ponía que tenían atención hasta las 22:00h, nos fue imposible contactar con ellos. Nadie atendió ni teléfono ni whatsapp. Los clientes finalmente tuvieron que irse y dormir en otro alojamiento. Cuando AL DIA SIGUIENTE, conseguimos por fin hablar con ellos, nos dijeron que no se hacían responsables y aún se inventaron una historia diciéndonos que la puerta había quedado atrancada y que iban a tener un gasto enorme por nuestra culpa...En fin.

Ótima localização, de frente para a praia e o mar. Lugar muito bonito. Apartamento espaçoso com todas as comodidades. O anfitrião deixou cápsulas de café. Muito legal!

Nos cobró la empresa 40€ por adelantado por una cama que nunca pusieron. El piso estaba sucio, las camas malas, sin presión de agua en la ducha, el personal no atiende el teléfono ni asume responsabilidades y para colmo nos dejamos una blusa y no apareció.

L’arredamento.

1. Arriviamo all’ufficio per ritirare le chiavi e la ragazza in reception ci dice che, come ci era stato detto (cosa non vera), c’era stato un cambio di appartamento e siamo passati da uno vista mare ad uno interno. 2. Avevamo prenotato la navetta per le ore 4 sia sul sito Booking che via Whatsapp, e in entrambi i casi siamo stati ignorati completamente. All’arrivo in reception ci è stato detto che c’era solo a partire dalle 6.30 e che avremmo dovuto pagare 35€ di taxi. Quando ci siamo lamentati ci ha detto che comunque anche la navetta sarebbe stata a pagamento quando sull’app non lo era. 3. Prima di informarci riguardo i punti precedenti ci è stato chiesto di pagare la tassa di soggiorno per un totale di 12€, quando sull’app diceva che sarebbero stati 3,50€ a testa, per un totale di 7€. 4. Le condizioni della stanza erano nella norma ma l’abitazione era piena zeppa di zanzare che ci hanno impedito di dormire. Mai visto una cosa simile! 5. Infine non ci è affatto piaciuto l’atteggiamento della receptionista che si è dimostrata poco empatica dinnanzi a questi disagi senza offrirci alcuna soluzione/beneficio. ESPERIENZA ORRIBILE!!!
