I spent a delightful and relaxing stay.

The apartment looks exactly like in the photos, it is very clean and has all the necessary utilities. The host turned out to be very nice and friendly, contrary to the first impression. His punctuality mattered a lot.He even helped us with transportation to the airport, for a fee (we had a flight at 4 in the morning). The positioning is very good, being equally close to the beach and the train station to Rome.

The host was a bit exaggerated in the beginning. He asked us twice if we had read the conditions on Booking and if we had the money to pay before entering the building. The sofa in the living room is not too comfortable for sleeping.

Localization was great, everything was fine and comfortable. Owners of the house are kind and helpful. Air condition in both rooms and same TVs.

The flat could be quite more lighter by natural sun and hot water tank should be little bit bigger because it was too small for two people.

Было очень чисто, новое всё, компактно и функционально До моря недалеко - минут 7-10 спокойным шагом

На первом этаже окна под самым потолком, как будто в подвале живешь, не видно - какая погода и что на улице творится. С плитой какие-то странные дела- надо отключить всё электричество в квартире, чтобы потом включать плиту Хозяин плохо говорит по-английски, берет депозитные деньги (300€), возвращает за пределами квартиры- непонятно почему там! Но быстро реагирует на сообщения

Bardzo udany pobyt!

Super lokalizacja, ładne czyste mieszkanie. Jest w nim wszystko czego potrzeba. Gospodarz bardzo miło. Jest kaucja, ale zwracana przy wymeldowaniu. Do dworca skąd odjeżdża pociąg do Rzymu ok 10 min. Tam odjeżdża też autobus na lotnisko do Fumicino. Do plaży 800 m. Blisko supermarket w którym można kupić to czego nam potrzeba. Dobra pizzeria na sąsiedniej ulicy. Polecam serdecznie!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja! Blisko centrum, mola i plaży. Niedaleko sporo sklepów. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Podobnie otoczenie. Gospodarz pomocny i uczciwy. Kontakt z gospodarzem bezproblemowy.

Szkoda że kaucję można płacić tylko gotówką a nie kartą.

Dobra lokalizacja, miły właściciel (nawet odwiózł nas na lotnisko 😉). Poza tym apartament czysty, z wszystkimi potrzebnymi akcesoriami. Blisko sklepy, restauracje i kawiarnie. Niedaleko również jest stacja Lido Centro, z której dostaniemy się bezpośrednio do samego Rzymu. Plaża dosyć niedaleko (polecamy chodzić na płatną). Na pewno kiedyś tu wrócimy! Ciao. 🇮🇹🍕
