Все было отлично. Местоположение очень хорошее. Все необходимое в шаговой доступности. Квартира полностью обустроена и оборудована всем необходимым, вплоть до пляжного зонта и апречки😀.Бесплатный и платный пляжи, объекты питания, кафе,магазинчики под соседним зданием, остановка автобуса рядом. До гипермаркета PEWEX 10 минут пешком, до станции Лидо Центр- 20.Невозможно придраться ни к чему
Хозяин очень отзывчивый. У нас был поздний заезд и поздний выезд. Франческо полностью подстроился под наш график, за что ему особая благодарность.

Die Vermieterin war Mega! Weil die Gäste nach uns erst sehr spät ankamen durften wir unser Gepäck stehen lassen und hatten dadurch einen richtig schönen strandtag. Antworten kamen innerhalb von wenigen Minuten, auch mit allen „Anweisungen“ und ein paar weiteren Infos. Klimaanlagen gibt es zwei- eine im Schlafzimmer und eine im Wohnzimmer, die wirklich gut funktioniert haben. In der Küche standen schon 2 große Flaschen Wasser für unsere Ankunft bereit. Auch sonst war alles sauber!
Achtung: das hat absolut nichts mit dem Vermieter zutun aber kleine Info: der Nachbar unterhalb ist sehr (!) geräuschempfindlich und hat uns „besucht“, weil wir abends noch Geschirr gespült haben, da muss man sich bisschen drauf einstellen, das nervt etwas.
Sonst war alles top.
