The place is wonderful, and the owner was very helpful. He waited on us to explain the apartment and recommended restaurants, cafes, and even places to visit in Rome. The apartment is beautiful, with a very large terrace and sea views. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The location is excellent for the sea and there are convenient transportation options (buses and trains). The owner was always available to answer any questions we had. In short, we will definitely be back!

The location is excellent, about a block from the beach, about 3-4 blocks from a good grocery store and easy to get to the train station. The spacious, sunny deck is wonderful, with a view of the sea, and the unit is very bright. The kitchen is easy to use, lots of cooking equipment, full size fridge and gas stove. Nice bathroom and good size bedroom. The bed was very firm but in good condition - we adjusted to it. The host met us and was very helpful in providing directions and information on Ostia Antica ruins and transit options for getting to Rome. We would definitely stay here again.
The hot water in the shower was a bit finicky to figure out, and we only got cold water in the kitchen. However, we didn’t inquire how to get the hot water to work so it likely was our error. The couch in the living room sags a bit and is not very comfortable for two people.

Відпочинок на терасі - це повна насолода. Квартира обладнана абсолютно усім необхідним, до маленьких дрібничок. Також було дуже чисто! До моря 5 хвилин пішки, поруч багато кафе та магазинів, до господаря завжди можна звернутися за допомогою. Зручне місцезнаходження , щоб добиратися до Риму

Christian (owner) send us a message on the day of our arrival and was at the apartment when we arrived and welcomed us to the very well equiped and maintained 5th floor area. Great location to visit Rome. After a walk of 20 minutes it is only 37 minutes from Rome city centre by Metromare. Very quiet location in a residential building with a terrace with view on the beaches and sea. Again many thanks to Christian!
