Vederea spre mare a fost precum in fotografii. Cafenea,magazin foarte aproape.
Am apreciat dimensiunea apartamentului, însă, din păcate, curățenia a lăsat de dorit. La sosire, am observat că în apartament persista un miros neplăcut, iar lenjeria de pat lipsea. Inițial, am crezut că este o situație temporară, având în vedere că am ajuns mai devreme, însă proprietarul ne-a confirmat că apartamentul era pregătit pentru cazare.
De asemenea, vesela ar avea nevoie de o reînnoire – tigaia, de exemplu, a fost dificil de utilizat, iar mobilierul din bucătărie era lipicios, probabil din cauza acumulării de grăsime în timp.
În concluzie, deși fotografiile de pe Booking prezentau apartamentul într-o lumină foarte bună, realitatea nu a fost pe măsura așteptărilor. Cu mai multă atenție la curățenie și dotări, acest loc ar putea oferi o experiență mult mai plăcută.

La vista de la terraza, el anfitrión nos explicó lo que necesitábamos, buena ubicación.
El espacio para 5 personas era reducido, el sofá cama no era cómodo y no estaba tendido con sábanas.

Apartment Federica was very nice. It was clean and recently updated. It was in a great location for where we needed to be. Nice large bathroom. Marcelo was very nice and check in was easy. Marcelo allowed us to check inside early. I was able to extend my stay for one night very easily. Overall we had a very nice stay.
One week prior to arrival, I received an email stating I had to pay the remainder of the stay in cash, plus security deposit, and also there was a price increase in occupancy tax. I was already in Italy and had not prepared for this, since the listing says “remainder of payment by credit card, cash not excepted”. Hopefully he will update this on the listing so guests can be prepared. Also there is no bath tub or microwave that was stated in the listing at the time we booked, this should be updated.
