For us the key features were the parking spot in a private parking lot and the fact it's literally under five minutes from the place to the train station to take the train to Rome. When taking the train I would recommend switching to line B in Basilica San Paolo rather than going to the last stop, since that way you don't need to exit one station and enter another, you just go down one escalator and up the other. There is also a supermarket less than 50 m from the front door, as well as some other shops and food places. The place itself is well equiped for what you'd need for a typical holiday stay, it's not new, but it is nicely decorated and functional. There's also a small private garden. The host is very friendly and was helpful.
The parking spots are not reserved, but there is a limited number of keys, so you can always find a spot, though one or two spots are trickier to get into than the rest. The last train back to Ostia from Rome is at 21:03h from Basilica San Paolo (earlier if you want to board from Piramide, and it isn't usually late). I wouldn't recommend missing it if you are not planing to stay late in Rome, since the alternative transports are much less convenient. Google gives the location a bit off, so look for the only car entrance on the block, past the street parked cars.

Bon emplacement. Parfait pour visiter Rome avec les transports à proximité. Plage à proximité. Camilla est très accueillante et de bons conseils.

A very cozy and clean place, thoughtfully decorated with attention to detail. The host was friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Great location – close to shops, cafés, sea and public transport.
