Tramonti Suite is a penthouse with a view over the sea, decorated with soft and natural colours, featuring a bedroom, a living room with kitchen, a bathroom and two livable terraces, one of which is panoramic, right in front of the bedroom.
The apartment is located a few meters from the pier of Lido di Ostia (landmark), the main square and a 10-minute walk from the train station for the center of Rome and the bus station for Fiumicino airport.
Set out to discover the archaeological park of Ostia Antica, the natural beauty of the coast of Rome or the historic center or relax on the beach of Ostia and then enjoy a charming sunset from the apartment's panoramic balcony.
Tramonti Suite apartment is located on the third and highest floor of a hotel with which it shares the entrance to the building:
you will have all the security of a 24-hour manned entrance and a reception service that will be able to help you professionally if necessary.
The building has a lift up to the 2nd floor; The apartment is accessed by climbing a further flight of stairs, therefore accessibility is unfortunately limited for people with mobility difficulties.
Through collaboration with the hotel it will be possible to take advantage of optional services such as:
free luggage storage, shuttle service to/from Fiumicino airport, breakfast and discounted beach service (seasonal).
Lido di Ostia is the lively seaside district of Rome and the apartment is located in the historic centre, with a wide choice of restaurants and bars; any convenience is a stone's throw from home and the neighborhood is strategic for reaching Fiumicino airport, the port of Civitavecchia or for starting a tour in Italy.

The property was beautiful, the people amazing. I will definitely return to this air b&b. Stefano was great and the Hotel LA SCALETTA staff was amazing.

We were staying 10 days, so didn’t want to stay in the heart of Rome with the hectic pace of a big city, so checked out beach resorts nearby and Ostia ticked all the boxes. Don’t get me wrong it is around an hours travel into Rome by Metro then train depending in what you wanted to see that day but it was definitely worth it. The apartment has all you need for your holiday with lovely hosts where nothing is a problem to them as they are there when you need them. I would really recommend a visit.
