Three bedroom apartment 150 meters from the sea and 100 meters from the metro station which allows you to reach: Rome in 20 minutes, the excavations of Ostia Antica in 10 and the natural reserve of Castel Fusano in 2 minutes
The apartment consists of: entrance, living room with a very comfortable and standard double sofa bed (160x200), a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony.
The house is located in the Polar Star area, quiet and quiet, close to all primary services (supermarket, bus stop, bar, bazaar, metro, etc.) Equipped with lift and balcony, is located on the second floor and is completely renovated with valuable materials.
At guests' disposal there are: TV with free NETFLIX access, washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning, wi-fi, crockery and linen.
On request and at no extra charge, a cot can be added for children under the age of 3.
The apartment has been designed for 5 guests, but if necessary you can add a brasserie to the smaller room.
In Rome there is a tourist tax for all non-resident adults, including for renting private apartments. The cost is € 3.5 per person per day. (Children under 10 years do not pay) the amount must be paid at check-in in cash.

Dario was a great host, easy to communicate with before we arrived, met us at the apartment and was available throughout our stay if needed. The apartment was very comfortable with all of the essentials … as listed on line. As we prefer to be out of large cities the location was perfect for us in that the train station was just around the corner for the trip into Ostia Antica and Rome. As well, the neighbourhood had the beach and shopping as needed.

Merci à Federica et Dario pour l'accueil. Bel appartement bien équipé. Quartier calme. Bien situé: commerces et supérette dans la rue. Gare de train à 2min. Centre historique de Rome à 40min de transport. Dario est toujours disponible. Bon séjour. Je recommande.

We wanted to visit the Ostia Antica archaeological site, and others in the area, and this was an ideal base for our stay. There was only two of us, but this apartment was cheaper than hotels in the area. We didnt use the other bedroom, so there would be plenty of room for 3 people, and I believe the sofa could be made into a bed too. Outside, street parking was no problem in late September. Dario was a great host, when we found there was no hot water he came round within 15 minutes and sorted out the boiler. A great apartment.Lido di Ostia itself was a bit dead at the end of September, so there wasnt a huge choice of restaurants nearby. We found the Falco dOro in Via della Tolda, just behind the apartment block, was very good. A bit basic looking, but good food, and you needed to get in early before it got full. Also the bakery on the ground floor of the block did good take-away pizza.
