Majutusasutus vastas kirjeldusele ja hinna ning kvaliteedi suhe olid väga head. Korteri juurde kuulub suur terrass, kus on veidi jahedamal ajal väga mõnus istuda. (Meie viibisime Itaalias kuumalaine ajal ja siis sõime terrassil vaid hommikusööki.) Läheduses on toidupoed ja värskete puu- ning köögiviljade pood, lihapood, turg. Oli võimalik saabuda mugavalt ka keset ööd (uste avamine käib äpiga).
Korter asub maja 5. korrusel ja seal on probleemiks dušist sobival temperatuuril vee saamine, temperatuur muutub kiiresti kuumast külmaks, peab olema veidi ettevaatlik. Kõrval asub teine väljarenditav korter, seinad kostuvad päris hästi läbi. Korteriuksi avab lukust äpp, seega peab alati jälgima, et telefoni aku oleks piisavalt täis, majja pääsemise ukse avamiseks pidime paaril korral katsetama enne 4-5 korda kuni äpp ukse avas. Lifti ukse sulgemisega oli ka mingi probleem, seda pidi seal kogu aeg hoolega jälgima, et korralikult sulguks.

Tutto. L'appartamento grande al punto giusto, non mancava niente, dal caffè, zucchero, prodotti per il bagno e per la pulizia e inaspettatamente un terrazzo grande con tavolo, salottino, ombrellone, sdraio.... insomma eccezionale, peccato solo non aver prenotato per più giorni. Davvero un gran peccato
