Apartmán má dobrou polohu, blizko pláže, obchodů i nádraží, pokud chcete cestovat vlakem do Říma. Byt je čistý, dostačující základní vybavení. Komunikace s majitelem výborná, reaguje rychle.
Naší skupině nic nechybělo.

Wszytko mi się podobało. Mieszkanko wyposażone we wszytko co potrzeba, wyposażona kuchnia we wszytkie sprzęty, dwie wygodne sypialnie z czyściutką białą pościelą, w jednej łóżeczko dla dziecka, czyściutka łazienka. Idealne miejsce na pobyt. Mieszkanko oddalone o jakieś 300 m od kolejki, potem tylko metro i jesteśmy w centrum Rzymu. Do plaży tylko troszkę dalej. Wszytko co potrzebne jest w zasięgu ręki. Właściciel który służy pomocą. Polecam wszystkim.

Sehr netter Gastgeber, der sofort über WhatsApp erreichbar ist. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und zur Bahn nach Rom (30 Min. Fahrzeit bis Metro Piramide). Ruhiges, angenehmes Wohnviertel. Zwei Supermärkte und eine Apotheke direkt ums Eck.
Leider keine Couch und kein Balkon, aber das wussten wir schon vorher. Bahnlärm von einem Schlafzimmer alle 10-20 Min. am Tag zu hören (Bahnstrecke Rom).

The location is fine, not far from the sea, near the station, not that noisy, in a beautiful yard. The apartment is really spacious, well equipped, all working.
I would prefer to be warned about electro/remote access option in advance - before making a reservation.
Eventually this type of access was quite convenient, but better to know initially.
