Beautifully maintained and landscaped just steps to the pier. Private beach. Panoramic views of Gardiners Island, Plum Island, and Little Gull Island. Gorgeous sunsets April through October. Completely renovated Spring 2019! Heated Swimming pool, Hot Tub and multiple tennis courts. Minutes from Restaurants, Clubs, Montauk Train Station and town.

Condo amenities include Wi-Fi, Cable, 55" LCD TV with surround sound and a beautiful Recessed 50" Fireplace with Crystal stone flame effect and 3 changeable color heater w/Remote. Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and granite countertop.
