Luxury Beachhouse - private yet walk to the ocean and town

The place was great and gorgeous! Accurate to pictures, close to town (about a 15 min walk). Can't articulate how gorgeous the light in the main living space is in the morning. Porches (plural) are also fantastic and you can hear the ocean from the front one. Great stay.

Clean rooms, excellent views, wish we had more time to explore but we had several wedding events to attend.

Had a girls weekend and this rental was amazing! Amazing views and the home is even nicer in-person! Very close to town, the park, and the beach. Numi was very responsive and nice, and help ensure we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend this rental.

We arrived to a freezing cold house. We spent the first 2 hours in our coats. It was not a warm welcome. The house could have been cleaner. The floors were pretty dirty. Dishes stuck to the open shelving in the kitchen. The furnishings, linens and curtains were all stained and very used looking. The curtains in the bedrooms do not even cover the windows. There is one panel where two are needed. A hanging chair in the den was on the floor and not usable. The coffee maker was ancient and leaked. The dishwasher is not anchored and falls forward when opened, dangerous. The toilet paper holder in one bathroom was hanging off the wall.There was dog poop on the lawn that had not been picked up. For $700 a night we expected more. The cleaning fee should be baked into the cost of the house and the cleaning service should be responsible for removing the trash. It was a bummer ending the visit having to go to the dump and pay additional fees on top of the $700 a night, $175 cleaning fee and $20 dump fee. This house could be great if the owners put a little love into it. New coffee maker, linens, curtains that fit the windows and a cleaning service that cares!
