The house has an open floor plan living area with 2 bedrooms on this main floor. The Master bedroom loft has a bath and walk out sitting deck. The yard is private and spacious with a deck and patio to enjoy the outdoor ocean breezes. Enjoy sunny days at the beach or take a short ride to town for shopping and dining.

this is a strange and somewhat crumbling house. It is perfectly located, and outdoor grill is lovely. The house is fairly creaky however..
