Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This home is a brand new construction with water views. Walking distance to popular restaurants and pebble beach.
***For confirmed bookings-you will be contacted a day before or morning of checkin with instructions on how to access the home/schedule a time to meet for keys at the property
Ideal for family/extended family. No unrelated guests allowed. No pets/smoking/parties of any kind (including bachelor/bachelorette’s)
Hot tub open from May 1-Oct 31 Please avoid leaving screens and doors open as it can be buggy at night. Please note that between Memorial Day and Labor Day we book back to back rentals/schedule service visits and other appts during turnovers. As a result we are unable to offer an early check in or late check out. Please consider this prior to booking. Year round, guests should assume that check in and check out times are not flexible.
-children must be supervised in the hot tub at all times. Bromine tablet device must remain inside hot tub to avoid extra cleanings. Pets are accepted on a case by case basis. Accepting a pet is at the discretion of owner and must be approved prior. Guests may be asked to provide size and breed etc. there is a pet fee that is non refundable
Outdoor security cameras are present on the property. * the included cleaning/hot tub/property fees are for stays 7 nights or less. For stays 15 nights or more guests will be required to pay an additional cleaning to cover a cleaning during their stay, garbage removal/weekly hot tub cleanings. This fee will be requested after booking. For each additional week after there is another cleaning/hot tub/property fee.

We had a wonderful stay at this property over Labor Day Weekend. The house is spacious, beautifully constructed, modern, well-equipped, and very comfortable for our group of 6 adults. The hot tub was also a welcomed touch! Location-wise, the house is prime and within walking distance to Duryeas, Montauk project, and a short drive to Surf Lodge, Mavericks, Navy Beach, and Montauk town. Management (Tabitha) was very kind and communicative, and check-in/check-out was seamless. Our group had a fantastic time, and we would happily rent again for future escapes. Thank you!

Wonderful serene house close to Fort Bay Pond, restaurants and bar. Kitchen was well stocked and it was fun to cook and eat on the deck after a long day at the beach.

The house exceeded my expectations. Spacious rooms , beautiful view of the sound and nice amenities The proximity to town was great , a 5 min drive. The local beach access was a nice work , we could watch the sunset from the hill on top of the beach , or go down the steps to relax by the water.
