We had a wonderful stay at this property over Labor Day Weekend. The house is spacious, beautifully constructed, modern, well-equipped, and very comfortable for our group of 6 adults. The hot tub was also a welcomed touch! Location-wise, the house is prime and within walking distance to Duryeas, Montauk project, and a short drive to Surf Lodge, Mavericks, Navy Beach, and Montauk town. Management (Tabitha) was very kind and communicative, and check-in/check-out was seamless. Our group had a fantastic time, and we would happily rent again for future escapes. Thank you!

Wonderful serene house close to Fort Bay Pond, restaurants and bar. Kitchen was well stocked and it was fun to cook and eat on the deck after a long day at the beach.

The house exceeded my expectations. Spacious rooms , beautiful view of the sound and nice amenities The proximity to town was great , a 5 min drive. The local beach access was a nice work , we could watch the sunset from the hill on top of the beach , or go down the steps to relax by the water.
