About this house rental
Fully renovated in 2019, this 2,500 square foot private home features a professional chef's kitchen, 3 or 4 spacious bedrooms with sleeping for either 6 or 10 (can be rented either way), 3.5 luxurious bathrooms, an inviting outdoor shower (hot and cold water), wrap around decking offering sunset views, and comfortable living space for your entire group. We offer the home as either a 3 bedroom (sleeps 6) or a 4 bedroom (sleeps 10). The pricing quoted is for the 4-BR house; contact house if you would like a quote without the fourth bedroom (reserved for parties of 6 or smaller). The home is conveniently located less than a mile from the beach and the Village of Montauk, and near all else that Montauk has to offer!
This reverse layout home, with living space on the second floor and bedrooms on the first, offers significant natural light provided by 29 windows, over-sized sliding glass doors, and skylights. The second floor living area is an open floor plan with 14' cathedral ceilings accented with shiplap trim. The first floor includes two separate master suites (each with their own bathroom), two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and laundry.
The renovation was completed with energy efficiency in mind, and the home is powered 100% by roof mounted solar panels.

What a wonderful week my family had here. It is a beautiful home, super clean, great location walkable to town and beach. We had two young children and the home arrangement was perfect. The host, Chris, could not have been more available if needed. We hope to come back one day!!
