About this house rental
The perfect place for both privacy and convenience in Montauk. Located 2 blocks from Gurneys & the ocean, and perfectly situated between Montauk and Amagansett train stations. Has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. 1000sft master has a private roof deck. The open kitchen/living room layout is great for families and entertaining. Located on a wooded acre, but with a sunny in-ground pool. Nearby ocean beaches/hither hills state park, and perfect for attending events at nearby Gurneys. Sleeps max 8 adults. 12 with kids.
All rentals must follow East Hampton Town rental policies
-No group rentals or events.
-Rentals in July and August are by month or week only. Weekends accepted on a very last minute basis.
*Please note parking passes are not provided for private beaches.

This house was perfect for our group! We had the best stay, a very easy process with the host, and couldn’t have enjoyed the pool more.

This house needs an overhaul. Honestly I never like to write bad things, but I honestly don’t understand how this house has such glowing reviews. This house cost me over 13k! The oven wasn’t working. The owner sent me a message on VRBO which I didn’t see. I don’t understand why she didn’t call or text me this bit of news. She did provide a convection oven but we were with a large crowd. The walls going up to the master suite are only painted halfway up. The master suite doesn’t have a closet or dresser draws. The furniture is stained. The kitchen faucet sprayer was broken. Cabinets in kitchen don’t close. The kitchen was poorly equipped if you plan on cooking Roofing materials were left on the roof in plain sight. Outdoor furniture and umbrellas were moldy. Lights over the dining table weren’t working. Garage door is rotted out. Took several attempts to close. The beds were very comfortable and the house does have a lot of light
