Built in 2007 with 3,000 sq. ft. of living space, this expansive 6 bedroom 3 bath home offers plenty of room for all! Sunny open living areas with chef's kitchen, formal dining room, spacious living room, bar with ice maker and two bedrooms on the first floor. The en-suite master bedroom and three other well appointed guest rooms and bath complete the second floor. Great outdoor covered porch's both in front and back for relaxing/entertaining and a fabulous outdoor shower! Located on a quiet street with easy access to ocean beaches and harbor area along with golf, pool, and tennis at the Montauk Downs.

The large lovely home was perfect for our family. Plenty of comfortable bedrooms, large family room and a well stocked kitchen. Located in a quiet neighborhood but not far from the main town and marinas. Bill our host was extremely accommodating and always reachable.

The house was WONDERFUL for our family gathering. We especially loved dining on the back porch (all 11 of us). It was an opportunity for our children and grandchildren to get together before school begins again. Bill was quick to respond to any questions we had.
