About this house rental
Secluded, beautiful, pristine beach house getaway in desired Hither Hills. Large 1.7 acre lot with surrounding wetlands allows visitors to escape the mayhem yet .4 mile walk to the beach and 1 mile walk or bike ride to town.

Spacious floor plan with cathedral ceilings. Kitchen flowing into living/dining and sun room areas. Stainless steel kitchen appliances, including a Wolf induction oven. Dining area opens to large outdoor deck with a teak dining table which seats 14 and beautiful view. New 2024, 4 burner gas grill.

Spacious home on sprawling private nature preserve.. we loved the location.. daily easy walks into town and back along gorgeous beach along T ocean back up to the trail! Perfectly appointed kitchen, all the utensils that we needed to prepare delicious meals at home.. especially enjoyed the cleanliness of the salt water pool and hot tub. Melissa was quick t respond to any issues and rectified them promptly! Highly recommend this property.

The house is perfect in size for a family and friends. House is beautifully maintained and has every amenity you would need. The location is private yet still close enough to walk to the gorgeous beach. My grandchildren loved the pool hot tub and spacious grounds especially all of the wildlife. The Host was easily accessible and responded quickly to all questions. We will definitely be rebooking this house next year !

We had a wonderful stay in Montauk - the house had everything we needed. Incredibly clean and comfortable! The pool and hot tub were so nice to have access to and the location was perfect. Highly recommend!!
