Joe has a beautiful home with a great outdoor set-up including a nice pool area, a few decks to enjoy, and an outdoor shower. The set-up of the home with the living room and deck on the top floor allows you to experience sunset views and lots of natural light. Further, the pool table in the basement is a fun activity! The house is also in a great location close to many different beaches, montauk downs, and downtown.

We had a wonderful stay in Montauk. The property was wonderful and close to the Marina and the Ocean. The property owner was always available for questions and was a pleasure to speak to.
If you want a quiet location but near all the amenities of Montauk then this is your house. And the Sunsets were amazing

Anyone looking for a place to stay on your next vacation, it is here. The house can be summed up in one word, charming. A home away from home. I spent a lot of my childhood in Montauk and my family sold our home along time ago. I staid at other places since then but they pale to what this place gave me. Not only is it centrally located, it has everything you need to make your vacation a pleasure. I loved the top floor and so did my family. We used that beautiful room the most. I loved waking up and enjoying my morning cup of coffee on the deck. The view was unbelievable. Thank you Joe for providing us with a memorable vacation. I will be in touch when I book my next vacation in Montauk. BTW… Love the outdoor shower and game room.
