About this house rental
Charming Montauk beach house for rent! A quarter of a mile to your own private beach, situated right in between town and Gurneys. Nearby the action but in a quiet neighborhood by the beach (private beach parking key and pass included).
3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with large living room. 2 bedrooms with queen side beds and 1 bedroom with trundle bed (2 twin). Also pullout couch that sleeps 2. Newly redone kitchen and dining room with large farm table. NEWLY redone 2 outside decks- 1 with table, Weber BBQ, and the other for sunbathing/relaxing. We recently added central air conditioning.
**for summer 2024, we are open to full summer, especially for families!

The property was perfect for our family of 5. Minimal clutter, two nice bathrooms, very clean and welcoming and great beach access. Our kids enjoyed riding their bikes around the quiet neighborhood. Thank you!

We had a great stay! The house is very much as described. VERY close to the private beach access! Stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, games, etc! The outdoor space is lovely and roomy. Well equipped for a nice dinner or sunbathing. Definitely a do again!!

Search was easy to follow and experience supported the choice.
Instructions for checking in and out were clear and easy to follow (I apologize for failing to reconnect the security camera when I left: I may have been too anxious to get to the airport)
Accommodations and facilities were clean comfortable and convenient.
Location is ideal for access to beaches, surrounding towns and restaurants, and for enough exercise (walking) for an older guy..
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to use and enjoy your wonderful home.

The 3 bedroom was the perfect vacation house for myself and two adult children. The beach is close by and beautiful and the house was great. Everything was easy and the neighborhood is very nice as well. We could bike to bay beaches, walk or bike to ocean beach and walk to town .... sad to leave.
