It is a perfect summer beach house for the whole family with 2 large outdoor decks, and outdoor shower in surrounding trees. The deck has outdoor dining tables, and Weber charcoal Kettle Grill.
Amenities include-high speed Wi-Fi, Flat Screen TV, Netflix, Sonos, Beach chairs, Dishwasher, Washer & Dryer.
5 min bike ride to Montauk village, a 5 minutes walk to the beach, minutes train station and Jitney, and minutes from all of Montauk's great restaurants and entertainment-
The Montauk Beach House, The Surf Lodge, The Crows Nest, Ruschmeyers, Navy Beach, Swallow East, Ditch Witch, La Bodega.
Washer and Dryer are located in the basement.
Suitability: Long-term Renters Welcome, Minimum Age Limit for Renters, children welcome, non smoking only, no pets, suitable for elderly or family with kids.
East Hampton town regulations for 2016 are as follow:

We loved our stay at this home. Was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Location is great for beach but no pool close by.
